Each deposit must be wagered at least three times before we permit a withdrawal, and where multiple deposits were made without play, the total amount must be wagered.

We do not charge fees for withdrawals, though third-party bank charges may be deducted from the amount you receive. We apply an inactivity fee of 10 EUR per month after 12 consecutive months without deposits, bets or withdrawals. Balances below our minimum withdrawal threshold may be refunded manually, subject to an administrative fee. Please note that submitting a withdrawal request forfeits all active bonuses and any offered no deposit bonuses.

Processing Times

We process withdrawal requests on business days only, from Monday 07:00 UTC to Friday 16:00 UTC. Requests submitted after 16:00 UTC on Friday will be reviewed starting the following Monday at 07:00 UTC. Processing times may vary depending on the withdrawal method used, whether it is your first cashout, and whether your deposit and withdrawal methods differ.
